Offering an exciting preview of what's to come, this video journeys through the proposed plans for Waiapu Precinct and Paynes Lane, Onehunga.  We’ve carefully brought these plans to life showcasing the potential for growth, innovation, and progress as we aim to future-proof this neighbourhood - from a lively play space to the quiet green spaces, from the new and larger supermarket, additional future new homes to a bustling town centre.

A Project with Purpose

These proposed designs represent the culmination of years of planning, collaboration, and community input . All the public spaces have been carefully considered to enhance livability, support local businesses, and create spaces that reflect the unique spirit of the Onehunga community.  The opportunity to give feedback is open now until 10 March 2024 and we’re very keen to hear from as many people as possible.
